Golf Memberships at Everett Golf & Country Club

Certificate Membership
Any person over 21 years of age may apply for a Certificate Membership. This membership allows the holder of the membership full use of the golf course, swimming pool and clubhouse facilities as well as voting rights. Spouse and dependent children are also included. If the spouse is a full-time golfer, the monthly dues are slightly higher. This is an equity membership and the Certificate can be sold or transferred to a spouse or child. The Certificate Price is set by the selling member and based on current market value.

Corporate Certificate
This membership allows a corporation to buy a Certificate Membership and designate one employee (any person over 21 years of age) as the user. This membership allows the holder of the membership full use of the golf course, swimming pool and clubhouse facilities. Spouse and dependent children are also included. IF the spouse is a full-time golfer, the monthly dues are slightly higher. This is an equity membership and the Certificate can be sold or transferred to another employee within the corporation with a payment of a transfer fee and approval of application.

Intermediate (Junior) Membership
Any person from the age of 21 to 40 may apply for an Intermediate Membership. This membership is an excellent value for the younger golfer and allows the holder of the membership full use of the golf course, swimming pool and clubhouse facilities. Upon reaching age 35, an Intermediate Member must apply annual deposits toward the eventual purchase of a Certificate membership by the age of 40.
