Admission to Membership

Admission to membership shall be by invitation only. Admission to Membership Forms may be acquired by contacting our Membership Services Director Stacey Resch, or through a current Club member.

Invitees for admission shall complete the appropriate form, obtain sponsorship from two current Club members, attach payment for the required membership fee or deposit and return it to the Club Office to the attention of Stacey Resch. The invitee’s name and the classification applied for shall be posted on the club bulletin board for a period of 30 days to inform the membership, during which time:

1. Any member may comment thereon in writing to the Chair of the Membership Committee and;

2. The Membership Committee shall make such investigation and report to the Board as is deemed necessary to adjudge the invitee’s acceptability for membership, and;

3. The Board shall act upon the application and conditionally approve or reject the same.

If upon expiration of the posting period a conditional approval has not been revoked, the invitee will be admitted to membership. If the invitee is rejected for membership, the fee or deposit shall be refunded forthwith.

A successor who does not elect to purchase a Certificate shall retain their previously established priority ranking, provided however, if a successor continues to elect not to purchase a Certificate as such becomes available, the Board at its discretion may return any membership fee or deposit paid by such successor and revoke the prior approval of his/her membership application.
