Everett Golf & Country Club Guest Information


Guest Policy

Members may have the same guest for use of the swimming and golf facilities only six (6) times in a calendar year. Regardless of which member signs in the guest, such guest may use the swimming and golf facilities only six (6) times in a calendar year.

Members may have guests in the Clubhouse and at Special Entertainment Events when allowed for an unlimited amount of times. Guests should be in the company of their host member at all times.

Golf Course Conduct
Members and their guests are all responsible for taking care in the replacement of all divots - even in the rough, repairing ball marks, foot prints and holes left.


Dress Code
 

All persons in and upon Club property shall comply with the following criteria, except at special or theme events approved by the General Manager. Non-conforming attire is unacceptable.

Men's and Boy's dress will consist of appropriate golf attire at all times. Shirt and trousers or tailored shorts and shoes are to be worn on the golf course, practice areas, putting green and in the clubhouse.

a. Shirts are to have collars and sleeves.
b. Shorts are to be tailored and have a length of no less than mid-thigh.
c. Denim/western cut jeans are permitted only in the Men's Locker Room and the 19th Hole. Tasteful denim attire may also be worn in the Clubhosue during regular lunch hours and casual dinner hours, as posted. At no time will denim/western cut jeans be permitted on the golf course or practice areas.
d. Tailored warm-ups are permitted, whereas fleece sweat suits are not acceptable.
e. Sweatshirts are permitted, provided they are worn over a collared shirt, and are not sporting logos or slogans that are profane, suggestive or in poor taste.
f. Caps and hats shall not be worn while seated in the dining areas, except in the 19th Hole.

Women's and Girl's dress will consist of appropriate golf attire at all times. Skirts, slacks or shorts, shirts and shoes are to be worn on the golf course, practice areas, putting greens and in the Clubhouse.

a. Shorts are to be tailored and have a length of no less than mid-thigh.
b. Sleeveless tops are permitted only when constructed with full width shoulder. Tee shirts, tank tops, halter tops and bare midriffs are not permitted.
c. Tailored warm-ups are permitted, whereas fleece sweat suits are not acceptable.
d. Sweatshirts are permitted, provided they are worn over a collared shirt, and are not sporting logos or slogans that are profane, suggestive or in  poor taste.
e. Denim/western cut jeans are permitted only in the Ladies' Locker Room and the 20th Hole. Tasteful denim attire may also be worn in the Clubhouse during regular lunch hours and casual dinner hours, as posted. At no time will denim/western cut jeans be permitted on the golf course or practice areas.

Swimsuits, pool attire and sandals may be worn poolside or in the Pool Locker Rooms only.

Cell Phones & Electronic Devices
When entering the club property please place your cell ph ones and all other electronic devices on vibrate or in silent mode.

If taking a call within the club's dining rooms or lounges please excuse yourself to the vestibule hallway or patio area so as not to bother other members or guests.

If it is necessary to take or make a call on the golf course, the member or guest should be considerate of others, move away from the group, speak in soft tones and do not slow down play.

Execeptions to the above policy may be made in the case of emergency calls in case of accident, injury or illness to people on the course or in the clubhosue or anywhere on club property.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the clubhouse. If a member or guest chooses to smoke outdoors, they must maintain a minimum of 25 feet from entrances, exits, windows and ventilation intakes. Smokers are responsible for knowing the current smoking laws so as to ensure the Club is in compliance as a smoke-free place of employment.
